Online Generator of Process-based User/Operation Manuals

To support all Intranet employees in their daily tasks, EZ-Book provides an easy to use "user manuals" generation. Any employee (Baan user and others) can generate, read and print process-oriented manuals that includes comprehensive process info such as process diagrams, roles and related documents info. All valuable business knowledge such as ISO procedures, work instructions, internal policies, training guides, etc... is then provided easily and in an organized manner. Since the online manual is generated when needed in an ad hoc manner, its content always reflect the most updated information contained in the EZ-Process repository (and therefore resolve the typical problem of hardcopy manuals). In addition, since the EZ-Book manual is provided in the standard browser of the user, it is then "mobile" and can be accessible from any working location of the employee.
