One of the key benefits of EZ-Workflow of being fully web-based is the ability for remote executors to interact with any Workflow processes without any application installation. This capability is therefore enabling a visitor (such as yourself) to not only see in action EZ-Workflow features but also to interactively execute Workflow tasks. You then have the choice of demo modes and demo scenarios:
First, a Self-playing demo is available, composed of 3 parts: (A) a short introduction to the different components of Workflow, (B) the Baan integration enabling Baan Purchase Requisitions to be electronically sent to EZ-Workflow, and (C) the automated approval process with online task notifications to users.
The second demonstration type, the Interactive mode, gives you access to a real-life EZ-Workflow end-user environment. If you want to get a flavor of the user-experience, you can sign on to access this demonstration environment. We advice you to first view the introductory Self-playing demo (about 12 minutes with fast forward option) before entering the interactive demo environment. This will insure a much "smoother" navigation and operation in the Live environment.
